Is it possible to be happy the whole day!
Yet you can pursue happiness. You don’t do that for anyone else, you do it for yourself. If you walk around here, then you can finally make the best of it.
Unfortunately, happiness is not in a jar or a pill. People sometimes ask for that. This way you see that we live in a society where we often look for the solution outside ourselves. You should not look for happiness outside yourself. Happiness is in yourself. You are the one who takes away happiness from yourself. So you can’t deprive yourself of happiness either, only how do you do that? How do you handle that?
Knowing that no one else or anything can make you happy, I will have to do it myself. It is a feeling deep inside, there is the experience of life. It is the creation of the pictures and the thoughts that we want to see and feel in life. Turn that into reality. If you succeed, you will be a rich and happy person.
Stop looking for happiness, because it’s already there. It’s in you. You already own it, how beautiful that is. The art is to want to see it in yourself and to do something with it.
See happiness in yourself and to do the right thing with it, you will have to start thinking differently. Thinking holds the key to wanting to see and experience happiness.
If your thinking goes in a certain direction and sees everything as a matter of course and is experienced as a routine, then you deprive yourself of happines.
Start consciously taking every step you take. Going to live from one’s own consciousness. Is it really the job that I have now that makes me happy. I get up cheerfully every morning for that. When I wake up, I am happy, or I do not realize that another day is coming. As soon as you start to see your life and what you do more as something you want to do, you naturally start to change things in your life.
That can be very small things. For example, you wake up and say to yourself, a wonderful new day. That will immediately give you a different feeling. You give yourself a signal that you want to make something of the day. That you are going to do things that make you happy.
Experience for yourself that there are things in your life that you begin to see as an obligation. Then tackle these and change them. In this way you automatically clear things up that might not be necessary in your life and that you can stop feeling happiness.
This way you will find out more and more what makes you happy and you don’t have to be happy all day long. It is the feeling that you are in control of your own life, so that you naturally choose for happiness.
Now you are serious, and you think about your own life. Because when you take your life seriously, another one will take you seriously also and that makes you happy too.
